Tuesday, August 31: Thanks to everyone who presented today! We all learned a lot about the 1920s in class today. If you didn’t get a chance to present today, you will present tomorrow. Remember that everyone will be responsible for the notes that they took in class today. If you need to brush up on your notes, you might consider doing so before Friday, September 3. ;o) We also assigned the first chapter of The Great Gatsby (F. Scott Fitzgerald).

Monday, August 30: We completed a timeline activity and finished discussing “Winter Dreams” in class. The 1920s mini-research assignment was also given out. This assignment is due on Tuesday, August 31.
